Terms of Use
Use the coach as guidance, not a guarantee.
These terms explain the rules for using Cadra, its account services and optional AI features.
Effective August 13, 2026
1. Acceptance
By downloading, accessing or using Cadra, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
If you use the app for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for that organization.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 13 years old, or the higher minimum age required in your country. If local law requires parental consent, you may use the service only with that consent.
You are responsible for providing accurate account information, keeping access to your email or Apple account secure and notifying us of suspected unauthorized access. You may not sell, transfer or share an account in a way that compromises security.
3. The service
Cadra provides camera tools, pose references, filters, composition suggestions and optional cloud AI analysis. Results are aesthetic suggestions and may be inaccurate, delayed or unavailable.
The app does not promise that a photograph will achieve a particular quality, score, commercial outcome or social response. You remain responsible for framing, capture, editing, publication and use of every image.
4. Your photos and content
You retain ownership of photos and other content you create. You grant us a limited, temporary right to process content only as needed to provide the feature you request, secure the service and comply with law.
You must have the necessary rights and permissions for content you upload. You are responsible for respecting privacy, publicity, copyright and location restrictions, including when photographing other people or private property.
5. Acceptable use
You must not:
- Use the service for unlawful, harmful, deceptive or abusive activity.
- Upload content that infringes rights or that you are not authorized to share.
- Attempt to bypass authentication, consent, rate limits or security controls.
- Probe, reverse engineer or disrupt the service except where applicable law expressly permits it.
- Use automated systems to overload the service or extract model output at scale.
- Use the service to create or facilitate exploitation, harassment, stalking or non-consensual intimate imagery.
6. AI features
AI output may be incomplete, subjective or wrong. You should review suggestions before acting on or publishing them. Cloud AI availability depends on network access and third-party providers.
Do not rely on the service for safety-critical, medical, legal, biometric identification or other high-risk decisions. Pose outlines are creative guides and are not health or body-assessment tools.
7. Third-party services
The service may rely on Apple, Supabase, Volcengine Ark, hosting providers and GitHub Pages. Their own terms and privacy practices may apply to their services. We are not responsible for third-party products outside our reasonable control.
8. Our intellectual property
The app, interface, software, pose-guide artwork, branding and documentation are owned by the developer or licensed to the developer. These terms grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use the app for its intended purpose.
You may not copy, resell or distribute protected parts of the service except as allowed by law or written permission. Third-party photographs and assets remain subject to their respective licences.
9. Changes, suspension and termination
We may update, add, remove or discontinue features. We may suspend access to protect users, comply with law, maintain the service or address violations of these terms.
You may stop using the app at any time and may delete your account from the Account screen. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
10. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an “as available” basis without guarantees that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for a particular purpose.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or guarantees that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable consumer guarantees under Australian law.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of the service, loss of images, reliance on AI suggestions or third-party service interruption.
Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law. This limitation does not apply where the law prohibits it.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights available where you live. Courts with jurisdiction under applicable law may hear disputes.
13. Contact and changes
We may update these terms as the service changes. Material updates will be published with a revised effective date and, where appropriate, an in-app notice.
Questions should be sent through the developer support contact displayed on the Cadra App Store product page. A direct support email will be added here before release.
